Q. Can I extend the due date on my book that I requested (holds)?

Answer

Our policy is to only keep things on hold for 7 days. At that time, the item will be removed from hold status and either placed back on the shelf or made available to the next person in line for the book. This policy is in place to ensure that everyone has a chance to use the library materials. Once the hold expires, you are welcome to place another hold. However, if there is a waiting list for the book, you will be added to the end of the list.
