Do Library Reading Lists (via Leganto) meet ADA Title II/WCAG 2.1, Level AA requirements? If all our resources are within this reading list, can we assume that they adhere to that guidance?

Answer

According to Clarivate, the Library Reading Lists (also called Leganto) tool itself does meet the new accessibility standards. However, this does not automatically mean that all resources (content) added to it meet those standards, so you will still need to verify that any content added is accessible.

The Instructional Material ADA Readiness website contains resources on how to ensure instructional materials are accessible.
