Elsevier error code 710

Answer

According to Elsevier, this error can be fixed by following these instructions. On step #2, you should click Sign in via your institution and search for "Purdue University Main Campus Libraries" in the dropdown box. Do not use your email in the first two steps.

Please note: where the instructions say to use "new credentials," you should just use your regular Purdue career account login/password combination. There are no new credentials to use, just your current Purdue login/password.
