ProQuest Ebook Central error: "Sorry, your institution does not allow access to ProQuest Ebook Central from your current IP address. Please contact your librarian."

Answer

ProQuest is aware of this issue and is working on a solution. In the meantime, they say the fix is to clear your browser's cookies and cache data, then try to access the book again. If you're unsure how to do this, you may use their cookie clearing tool while on the error page. Once the tool has completed its work, it will redirect to the ProQuest website. You can then try to access the book again from Library Search.
