I reserved a study room but have not received a confirmation email. Can you help?

Room requests are not monitored around the clock. Each request is evaluated by a staff member and then processed. Monday through Friday, please allow 24 hours for processing.  If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If it is not, you will receive an email explaining why.
