Libraries employees: how to report equipment/computer issues

All IT Technical support requests should be routed through the IT Ticketing System (TDX) using one of the following options:

  1. Support Site: https://service.purdue.edu - you can use the site to submit new requests, view your request you have made for status updates, access the ever-expanding Knowledge Base (Find an Answer) and more. 
  2. Phone: 44000
  3. Email: it@purdue.edu

When submitting a request, please provide as much information as possible:

  • Mention you are ESS (Endpoint Support Services) Supported.
  • Your Computer Name. (You can find this under the “Computer” icon on your Desktop)
  • Your location. (bldg./room)
  • Details about your request
