**RESOLVED** Why am I getting an OpenAthens "Unknown Service Provider" error message?

Answer

We are currently experiencing an issue with our authentication service, which is resulting in this error for many of our electronic resources hosted on the Atypon platform (Wiley, AIAA, ACM Digital Library, and SAGE).

We have instituted a workaround for records found in our online catalog (Library Search), but if you attempt to use an institutional login on those content provider websites, you will see the error. Example from Wiley Online Library:
