I'm an alumni, so can I get access to Purdue Library databases and other library resources?

Answer

Purdue Alumni with a Purdue Connect Account can gain access to the ProQuest Alumni Research Database as well as a set of library resources that have been licensed for Purdue Alumni access.

Purdue Alumni can register for an account here.  Once you have a Purdue Connect Account, you can use the following link to access the databases: https://connect.purdue.edu/s/membership/benefits.

There are also many open-access resources on Purdue’s list of Databases identified as Free Resources.  Purdue e-Pubs are also open-access and do not require a Purdue career account. If you plan to visit the West Lafayette campus, you can obtain a borrower’s card to check out materials. Finally, if you’re still in Indiana, you may want to check out INSPIRE, which is a virtual library available to all Indiana residents. Some databases and e-journal/magazine content are provided there as well.
